WHILE MOST SOFAS TODAY ARE MASS PRODUCED IN CHINA, OURS ARE STILL HAND MADE IN THE UNITED STATES. WE USE TRADITIONAL BUILDING TECHNIQUES TO ENSURE EVERY SOFA WILL LAST A LIFETIME. BELOW IS A LISTING OF THE QUALITY FEATURES OF OUR FURNITURE.

Frames: 
We use kiln dried alder (hardwood) frames. They are warrantied for life against squeaking and cracking.

Springs: 
We offer two types of spring construction: The standard is an 8 1/2 gauge (no sag) spring, used by the majority of American sofa manufactures. The alternative is an 8 way hand tied spring, found in only the world's finest sofas. Both constructions are warrantied for life.

Cushions:
You can choose the firmness, density, and fill. The standard density is 2.0, which is already better quality than the vast majority of furniture manufacturers. A 3.0 density is also available and carries a lifetime warranty against loss of shape and firmness. The final choice is a down/feather blend, which is available in various ratios of fill. All cushions can be ordered in soft, medium, or firm.

Fabrics:
We go to great lengths to find the most durable and attractive fabrics on the market today. All of them can be treated with Guardsman which gives a 10 year warranty against stains, rips, tears, and burns up to $25,000 in damage.
