QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: While most furniture today is mass produced in China, ours is still hand made in the United States. We use traditional building techniques to ensure every sofa will last a lifetime. Below is a listing of the quality features of our furniture.
Frames: We use kiln dried alder (hardwood) frames. They are warrantied for life against squeaking and cracking.
Springs: We offer two types of spring construction. The standard is an 8 1/2 gauge, no sag. This is the same type used by the high priced stores at the mall. The other is an 8 way hand tied, found only in the world's finest sofas. Both spring constructions are warrantied for life.
Cushions: You can choose the firmness, density, and fill. The standard density is 2.0, which is already better than what is offered by the vast majority of furniture stores. A 3.0 density is also available with a lifetime warranty against loss of shape and firmness. Down Cushion are available in various ratios of fill. All our cushions can be altered to be softer or firmer.
Fabrics: We go to great lengths to find the most durable and attractive fabrics on the market today. All of them can be treated with Stainsafe which offers a 7 year warranty against stains, rips, tears, and burns upto $25,000 in damage.
